Shipping destinations
We ship to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Shipping charges
Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100+ after discounts and before tax qualify for free economy shipping. Some restrictions apply: this offer is limited to the contiguous 48 United States and products eligible for economy parcel shipping. It includes eligible oversized parcel items but excludes truck-freight delivery and paid faster shipping options. Economy shipping is $9.95 for orders of less than $100. Products requiring truck-freight delivery are not currently available for online purchase.
Faster shipping options may be available for an additional charge, subject to product and destination restrictions. Available methods and charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard, Two Day, and Overnight rates apply even when an order qualifies for free economy shipping. Oversized items shipped by Two Day or Overnight are subject to an additional $60 surcharge. Two Day and Overnight are not available for hazardous materials. The listed parcel methods are not available for items requiring truck freight.
Transit estimates do not include order processing time.
Processing cutoff
Our same-day shipping cutoff is 2 p.m. Eastern on business days. Same-day shipping is subject to stock availability and completion of order processing; it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Order fulfillment
Orders may ship directly from our distribution partners. Items in the same order may arrive in separate shipments or from different locations.
Delivery information
Delivery timing depends on product availability, the shipping destination, and carrier service. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Order issues
If your shipment arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to be missing, contact sales@thefishician.com with your order number and details. Please retain packaging and provide photographs where applicable so we can help investigate.
